Fred is a solo pianist/entertainer with just the right mixture of classical technique and an innate sense of swing, making for a very expressive style on the keys. As has been written by a close friend to the artist, NY Times Music critic and NBC Musical Playwright, the late Robert E. Lewis, formerly of Norwalk CT:
